Hey everyone! So, this post is a bit more to help me than you (AND it was supposed to be up a few days ago, hmm) but here’s my goals for writing in the future.
I’ve just come across the Raven Cycle Trilogy by Maggie Stiefvater. Guys. It. Is. Golden.
So much wisdom for writing in there, and it’s super fun to read. So I’m going to be doing a review of
The Raven Boys
Dream Thieves
Blue Lily, Lily Blue
The Raven King
Raven Cycle Review
and possible character analyzations. The characters are wonderful.
Then, as for the more spiritual side of stuff I write about, I’m going to be going through the New Testament, Romans to Revelations—possibly skipping Revelations and Hebrews if it’s too hard for me to understand. I’m hoping to write down what my findings are in the passages I’ll be reading.
That said, happy Thanksgiving!–if you don’t see me too often, it’s probably because I’m studying for exams/working on my book. I’ll try and update as much as possible.
Anyway, thanks for reading! How do you stay scheduled/organized? 😉
-Priscilla
I have a list of books for review or beta read with possible times if I know them but it’s a pretty flexible schedule. I make sure I stick to my promises but otherwise I follow what I’m interested in 🙂 good luck with yours!

I find it hard to judge how long it’ll take me to read a book. Sometimes I get a lot more reading time than others

Oooh, I’m so excited to see those reviews! I love Maggie’s writing; it’s all fantastic! You should read The Scorpio Races; that was my introduction to her writing and I’ve loved it ever since. I haven’t been able to find the Raven Cycle yet and that’s vexed me! As to how do I schedule and organize. . . as Cait @ Paper Fury said. . . I don’t. I really have no idea, blog-wise, what any given month’s blog posts will be about. Sometimes I have a vague idea and then something else comes up and things change entirely.
Now, for organization IRL, I tend to keep stuff in bins and shelve it and what-not. I like organization; I fold everything and hang it up. But as to how I schedule my day? I actually really don’t. . . *voice fades out*
This was a great post, I enjoyed reading it! 🙂

Aww thanks! 💜 And I’ve heard good things about the Scorpio Races. Maybe I’ll try that one next. I just loooove Raven boys SOOOO much😂😍and my sister keeps stealing the books, so I’ll never get around the reading them! Ugh. Like when you get a book so good, all your siblings pounce on it 😂😂 and XD. I *wish* I was more scheduled. Mostly I have obsessive anxiety about NOT being organized. I really should be more organized. #whycantibeisfj😂

LOL, exactly! Unfortunately we’re disorganized, anxiety-inducing us. tee-hee. Aww, well, I hope you get around to finishing them, I wanna see those reviews! 🙂 Honestly, my preferred genres of reading differ WIDELY from that of my sisters. . . You could say I read mostly the classics, which is why I don’t know a lot of the popular YA novels and why I’ve been reading them here recently. I wish you success in reading the Raven Cycle!

I am trying to read 30 pages a day before bed divide topics and books into different days, but it does build more momentum if I can stick to one book til it is through. Have fun Priscilla!

Thank you, thank you! In the reviews i’m hoping to give people who haven’t read the books a taste of them 😛 More experience, I guess!
